The group regularly forms companies for specific purposes — including special purpose vehicles and project-led entities. ITYM supports these companies by ensuring that records, filings and formal requirements are properly maintained, working with external advisers where appropriate.
Administrative Support
Rather than each company carrying its own administrative function, ITYM provides a centralised resource — maintaining records, managing correspondence and supporting internal processes across the group.
People, Facilities and Practical Support
ITYM employs and engages personnel to support group activities, including work associated with SPVs and project-specific requirements. It also supports the day-to-day operation of Honiley Hall, Warwickshire. In addition, ITYM maintains many of the group's professional relationships on behalf of its companies, providing continuity and a consistent point of coordination.
ITYM does not provide services to the public or to businesses outside the group.
It exists solely to support the internal requirements of Think PDW Group Limited and its subsidiaries — ensuring that where companies are established for defined purposes, the necessary administrative, organisational and practical support is already in place.
This removes the need for individual entities to duplicate these functions. ITYM provides that continuity as a central resource. There is no need for each company to replicate these functions individually — ITYM stands ready to take the strain.
ITYM operates as an internal service provider within the group. It performs a consistent supporting role — providing the structure and operational support that enables the businesses within Think PDW Group Limited to focus on their respective activities.
